Amylin Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq: AMLN) and Eli Lilly and Company (NYSE: LLY) today announced results from a study that showed BYETTAŽ (exenatide) injection sustained improvements in blood sugar levels and progressive weight loss through three and a half years of therapy.
